About Me

I am an authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant, registered by the Attorney Generals Department and a member of the AFCC (Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants). I can also provide Commitment Ceremonies, Renewal of Vows Ceremonies and Name Giving Ceremonies.

I am married with three children. I live at Forth, on the North West Coast of Tasmania, a place that I find very beautiful and nourishing of the soul, nestled among farming land, in between the sea and the mountains. What more could you ask for!

I have previously worked in the area of health care for 12 years, supporting people living with a terminal illness and their families. I have found myself increasingly interested in the idea of celebrating the special, joyous moments in our lives that have meaning and significance to us.

‘To love and be loved in return’, is one of the most wonderful human experiences and one worthy of celebrating.

I am committed to providing my clients with a very professional level of service. I spend time to get to know my clients and I work very closely with them to create a unique and beautiful ceremony, that best celebrates their relationship and hopes for their future together.

I am a creative person at heart and I am interested in the role that ritual, symbolism, music, art, poetry, and connection to landscape, plays in people’s lives. I bring this creativity to my celebrant role and find that this is of help to the people I work with.
